okzz Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the okzz platform. By accessing or using okzz, you agree to be bound by the terms set out on this page.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the okzz website located at okzz.cam and all associated services provided by okzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all products and services available on the Platform, including casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, slot games, and any promotional or bonus offerings. Additional specific terms may apply to individual promotions or game types and will be communicated at the time of the relevant offer.
okzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

21+ Only
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the okzz platform. Age is verified by KYC document check before withdrawal access is unlocked.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered account on okzz. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances and bonuses.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. okzz will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where credentials were shared or inadequately protected by the player.
No Platform Fees on Payments
okzz charges no platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment processors (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside okzz's control.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
To access the full range of services on the okzz Platform, you must register an account and successfully complete the required identity verification (KYC) process. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals only.
Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
- You must not register on behalf of another person or allow any third party to access or use your account.
- You may hold only one account on the Platform. If a duplicate account is detected, both accounts may be suspended and all balances forfeited.
- You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms.
Identity Verification (KYC)
okzz is required to verify the identity of all players before permitting withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate with a supporting photo ID) and, where required, proof of address. KYC verification is typically completed within one to three business days of submission.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being withheld pending verification. okzz will not be held responsible for delays to withdrawals that are attributable to incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation submitted by the player.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the okzz Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh, including mobile financial services and international payment cards.
Deposit Terms
The following terms apply to all deposits made to your okzz account:
- Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider (typically within seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions).
- okzz does not impose any platform fee on deposits. Third-party processor fees, if any, are outside okzz's control and are the responsibility of the player.
- Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction. okzz reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals from your okzz account are subject to the following conditions:
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is approved will be held pending verification.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your okzz account. okzz does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- okzz does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. Processing times vary by payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
- okzz reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if required for compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
okzz may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for immediate withdrawal. Bonus funds, and any winnings derived from bonus play, become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
General Bonus Rules
- One bonus per player per promotion, unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise. Bonus stacking (applying multiple concurrent bonuses) is not permitted unless explicitly stated.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- Bonuses are available to players whose accounts are in good standing and who have completed KYC verification. Players with suspended or restricted accounts are not eligible for bonus offers.
- okzz reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, the applicable terms at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use
All games available on the okzz Platform are provided by third-party software suppliers. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the relevant game supplier and are accessible within the game interface. okzz does not alter game outcomes and has no mechanism to influence the results of any game.
In the event of a disconnection or technical error during gameplay, the outcome of any game round that was in progress at the time of the interruption will be determined by the game software in accordance with its standard rules. okzz will not be liable for losses resulting from player-side technical issues including device failure, internet disconnection, or mobile data interruption.
Prohibited Conduct
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings gained through the exploitation of a known or identifiable software error are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
- Any form of fraudulent activity including, but not limited to, the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or chargebacks filed without genuine grounds.
7. Responsible Gaming
okzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their time and expenditure on the Platform. Gaming on okzz is intended for entertainment purposes only and should never be undertaken as a means of generating income or as a solution to financial difficulties.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within their account settings:
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
- Session time reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
- Self-exclusion: Request temporary suspension of your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 30 days) or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
- Reality check notifications: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing the time elapsed and net result of your current session.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
okzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time where okzz reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
- The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- The account is believed to be operated by a person under the age of 21, or by a person who has self-excluded from the Platform.
- Fraudulent, dishonest, or collusive behaviour has been identified in connection with the account.
- The player has violated any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct rules in Section 6.
Where an account is closed by okzz due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account (including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method following completion of standard KYC checks.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okzz's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. okzz shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okzz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game information displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services.
10. Amendments to These Terms
okzz may update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where amendments are material, okzz will endeavour to notify affected players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
