Your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address — collected when you register your account or complete the KYC verification process. Government-issued ID documents submitted for age and identity verification are also stored securely.

Financial and Transaction Data

Records of all deposits and withdrawals, the payment method used (e.g. bKash account reference, Nagad number, Rocket number, card last-four digits), transaction timestamps, and amounts in BDT. We do not store full card numbers or full mobile banking PINs.

Circumstances in Which We Share Data

Account and identity data is retained for the duration of your account's active life and for a minimum of five years following account closure, to comply with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements. Transaction and financial records are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of each transaction. Gameplay and session logs are retained for a minimum of two years. Support correspondence is retained for three years. Where a legal dispute, investigation, or regulatory enquiry is in progress, relevant data will be retained until the matter is fully resolved, regardless of the standard retention period.

Deletion Requests: You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting support. We will honour deletion requests to the extent permitted by law. Where a legal or regulatory retention obligation applies, we are unable to delete the relevant data until that obligation is satisfied. We will inform you of any such limitation when responding to your deletion request.
